The bad new first but read on till the better good news further onFirst off I was not impressed due to it took four weeks to arrive but that was down to DPD who at times had the tub sitting in the same depot for three days on three separate occasions at three of their depotsThat was not the suppliers fault thoughIt is fitted with a European plug but an adaptor was provided but it did not fit the plug from the tub so I had to buy another adapter.before I could even inflate it.The electrics ie the plug and the Safety cut off I was not confident to begine with as you can not simply pug and play as it would be exposed to the rain so again I could not use as I had to buy an outdoor waterproof electrical junction box plus the lead isbt long enough I had to buy a waterproof extention all at a cost of £35ONow the good news I highly recommend this hot tubI have owned three of its competitors brand the L Z SPARthis heats up 3 times faster than the LZS and keeps it's temperature far far betterIt's neater than the LZS as the pump etc are all built inI would highly recommend this hot tub despite some of the initial down sides

The new hot tub is leaking air upon first inflation tried to speak to ’customer support’ on the number provided. Person that answered said they don’t deal with any kind of problems!What kind of an outfit does that???

Heats up fast,perfect for smallish area's,loved by all,definitely recommend,easy set up,jets are super relaxing

It’s good but used a lot of electric and the heater in the integrated pump takes ages to heat the warer

Unfortunately I am awaiting a new motor as when I plugged it in nothing happened whereas it was supposed to inflate. Contacted customer service who looked at the pics I sent and decided to do this. Two things I’m not happy with 1. It will be at least another week before it arrives and let’s hope it works then. No express service 2. I have to follow a utube video to change it and I’m a bit nervous so will have to get an electrician hopefully at no extra cost. So not a good start and a cancelled party as a result of no hot tub 🙄
