Ran out of my Polish mushroom soup I normally use and ordered this as a substitute and it taste just as good.

Very very good. I forage Chanterelle mushrooms annually. Fresh, frozen, even dehydrated Chanterelle mushrooms are awesome with this. A great quick fix when I don't want to make from scratch. Think orange ish cream of mushroom soup. Good stuff.

This soup reminds me of the great wild mushroom soups that I enjoyed in Poland,, but that pleasure comes at the same price point as those restaurant soups. I'll buy these packets again for the flavor - recognizing that these packets are expensive, but still cheaper than a trip to Poland.

Bought these on a whim because I like to try new things. Wanted to make chix pot pies with leftover roasted chicken but needed to make chicken gravy. Had homemade chicken stock when I decided to add a package of this soup mix to my stock instead of plain water. WOW, best gravy ever for the pot pies. Now my family expects pot pies instead of just roast chicken.
