I started taking this supplement in November 2024. Takes about 60 days to notice improvement, but I feel it's made a difference in my ability to recall details and information. It's pricey, but worth it.

It actually works, no side effects except for better memory, I use the extra strength (not sure what the big difference is) the capsule is easy to shallow. It has not messed with my sleeping habits. The 90 supply was cheaper than buying month to month so in my opinion it’s worth the price.

No side effects, capsules have no taste,took about 2 weeks to see memory improvement but it gradually works and I take it daily. I have taken regular strength and extra strength but cannot tell a difference between the two so I get the cheaper ones. Cheapest on Amazon than in store. Spouse also takes it and can see a difference in memory.

May take time to truly see or notice any improvement. I have been taking for 4 months and haven't seen any noticeable change. BUT, I haven't seen my memory issues worsening either. So, some improvement. I will see what time and use will bring. I may be expecting too much from the product, as I am 80 years old and some memory problems can be expected. Guess I just don't want any!!Product is easy to swallow and no tummy upset. A tad bit spendy.
