Daily regimen for adults. I like the big, easy to hold and open container a lot. Nothing difficult to open every day! The extra packet is perfect to keep in a wallet or purse so you can take if forgotten it if finding oneself in heart trouble (such as afib) as you go to doctor or hospital to keep blood thin.

My doctor wants me taking aspirin every single day and I do so. She ordered me a prescription and I was taking that for a long time. I have not had any blood clots but I know people my age who have and maybe they should have been taking aspirin as a preventative strategy. I am nearly 60 but still alive! Probably due to aspirin!
