Fun and colourful
Great selection of decorations - fun and great colours. Easy to assemble except for the "fluffy balls" which flummoxed me. So no instructions which is the only reason they get 4 stars. Other than that a generous selection of bright and colourful decorations that can be used for any celebration.

Take ages to assemble
Great decorations but you need a whole afternoon with a couple of people just to put them together..especially the tissue paper flowers which have about 40 petals which each need to be pulled and fluffed up. It can be fun tho if you're in a party mood
