Okay but....
The pans are great but the lids are really lightweight and the handles have a temperature sticker on them.

Cooks fast, heavy weight, no complaints
I bought this set for my beach condo, and was surprised by the quality. Each piece has weight to them. Not flimsy. Water and sauces boil fast on my electric stove. I used the pan on my gas stove before taking the cookware to my condo. It cooked well on both heat sources. The lids are an average weight. Nothing fancy. They serve their purpose. The pans themselves are the stars of the show. They have gotten that rainbow haze, but that is a normal reaction for SS when it is heated at high temps. Well, worth $100.
