It's really beneficial for kids, as we can make both audio and video calls while simultaneously tracking their location without any worries. The battery performs exceptionally well, lasting at least 3 to 4 days even after six months of use. We have the option to disable the watch during school hours, enabling it only for parental calls, which gives parents control over the calls and messages. Overall, it is a great device.However, there are some minor drawbacks that can be worked around: occasionally, the device may get stuck and require a reboot, and the screen tends to get scratched since the kids frequently play with it. It might be a better idea to invest in a screen guard to protect it.

This product is one of the best in it's category. It has good calling quality. It is trendy looking, accurate gps and good charging. There are some simple but very effective functionality and easy to operate. I highly recommend this one.

One issue which is going to cost me 4050 Rs, nothing covered under warranty. Please make you decisio. before buying 8000+ Rs watch.I purchased the Imoo watch and was very disappointed with the SIM card slot quality. The SIM holder/clip came out after a short period of use, making it difficult to insert the SIM card properly. Without the clip, the SIM does not stay in place, and the watch cannot connect to the network.This seems like a design flaw because the slot should be sturdy enough for normal use, especially since this product is meant for kids. Now I am forced to visit a service center just to fix a basic part.For the price, I expected much better durability and quality. I hope Imoo improves the build and offers a more reliable SIM tray in future versions.

I purchased this watch around 2 years ago for my daughter and am very satisfied with the performance and reliability of the product. It is bit expensive than other products but its very sturdy and dependable and worth the investment. i have had a very good experience with the customer support team as well. My kid had misplaced the sim tray and the support team sent me a replacement free of cost within 2 days. Overall i would definitely recommend the product

Video calls work well through the IMOO app, and the family chat feature is a great addition.Value for Money: While the watch is more expensive than some alternatives and offers fewer features, I actually see the limited functionality as an advantage. Very good watch for the safety of kids. A must have to keep an eye on the kids when they are away.It's Calling feature is excellent as we can control the numbers to whom the kid can call and can receive the call using imoo app in our mobile.Location tracking facility is also too good.No irrelevant things for the kids. Only important features are there.Strongly recommended.

Quality is OK, audio call works fine, however video call and location doesn't work.
