Have been using this watch for more than a year now. Bought it for my son. Very good performance, very easy to be in touch with my son. Its video as well as audio call works very well. Easy to track him on gps too. It has become indispensable for us now. Always make him wear it when we are not around.Must buy.

Amazing quality and best for kids.. We as parents are relaxed as now because we can contact the kids anytime and also see their accurate location. Amazing product. Very happy with the after sales service as well... I contacted the customer service for accesory and they were very supportive and helpful.

Its in use ever since we purchased it 15 months back. With small glitches (required restart) some times like loosing data network it performed well.I also had good experience with after sales service where I received a replacement after 13 months due to software update issue. IMOO did not went into troubleshooting and fixing but simply sent replacement with latest software.With this experience. I will recommend this watch.1 star less due to network glitch, it may also due to provider and sim used.

While the hardware is okay, the software and operating system of this watch and its app are complete garbage.The language of the interface is poor - most seems auto-translated to English (presumably from chinese) and makes no sense.Functionality of apps on the watch itself is also poor. Often, the chat function simply doesn’t work and the buttons available seem to vanish and require frequent restart.The tracking is slow and not real-time

Best kids watch. Gps is accurate. Call is stable. 4g is also stable. Wish it came with 5g.The voice message feature is amazing.Only one cons is the app dosent send push message when voice message sent by kid.

Excellent device for kids. Let's me remain in contact with my kid without giving him a full fledged phone. Can track his location, so his grandparents have lesser stress, can make and recieve calls, so don't have to go searching for my kid in the entire Society, can't recieve calls or smses from unknown numbers, so don't have to worry about that, speaker quality is great, video call quality is amazing, battery backup is pretty decent, just that takes time to charge. Overall, a smart buy for kids. Helps us track them and communicate while limiting exposure for kids to the internet and unknown people.
