I love it, it’s portable through airports and works great. I wish it had charger ports for the phone but it’s awesome.

The media could not be loaded. I love the size . Comes with tripod in the middle . And it's very light weight .

It's decent I suppose It's my first tripod of this type and I was disappointed in the quality. It has great features but it feels like at any moment it'll snap. The incrementally settings are a pain. If you're looking for precision this isn't for you. Even when tightened it'll still want to snap into the closest notch. I would return it but to lazy to disassemble it, put it back in the box and take it to a shipping carrierUPDATE: after leaving this review I was contacted by customer service and after some troubleshooting they refunded me half the amount I paid and allowed me to keep the product. They were extremely helpful and took my concerns serious. The product is not the worst and the issues I expresses are tolerable. Remember things sold on Amazon are from 3rd parties. Sellers rarely test or even know about the products their selling. The reduced price was fair for what I received.

Our office has decided to offer a "headshot" selfie station as an addition to our services. We are not sure how much it will be used and wanted a quality ring light on a budget. This checked most of the boxes we were looking for: collapsible, easy to move/carry, varying colors of white lighting (natural, soft, warm, etc.), phone holder, remote to snap pic, and general ease of use. We put it together and it tested it out when it arrived. It was easy to put it together (though the instructions were just a touch confusing) and learn to operate. There are 2 distinct drawbacks that we discovered (at least for our purposes). #1: While the ring light itself does fold in half, there is not a bag or anything to safely transport it (nor the remote and the phone holder) to another location. #2: The remote connects via Bluetooth (obviously); this would normally not be an issue, but we are placing ownership of taking these "professional" photos on the students (so they have them instantly on their own phones without any involvement from our office). We will now have to ensure that every student "forgets this device" BEFORE they leave our office. Otherwise, we were unable to connect another phone to use the remote. Other than these items, we really like this ring light so far!

The ring light itself is GREAT! The only thing I wish was different was the screw-in part to connect the ring light to the tripod. The cord tends to twist around the tripod as you connect them but other than that it’s pretty compact when it’s disassembled so I don’t have to worry about trying to find a bunch of space to store it in. And the light is great for pictures or meetings.

At present when I turn on the ring light it shuts itself off after 30 seconds. Sometimes full light. Sometimes flicker. But entirely useless. Blue light (charging) properly. Have tried multiple charges, outlets … just to check … Same story.Had been great for Exactly 2 months … but completely failed already - really?!!!!

We’ve bought 3 and had to return 2 due to the connection being weak. Hopefully the 3rd will work.
