Sometimes difficult to understand
I want to clarify first of all that this is completely personal preference, but it was written close to a century ago and is written in a way we don’t really speak anymore. I call it Shakespeare speak, like ‘thou art’ etc. It doesn’t actually say that but you get the point.I didn’t enjoy the read, but that’s because I like being spoken to like I’m thick when it comes to books. I like when the writer takes complex topics and explains it on a way that is so easy to understand, a five year old could get it. This book doesn’t do that.Some of the principles are outdated, but other than that it’s a fairly solid book.

Made a viral video using its principles in the first 5 days of having it
I'm not lying, I got the book and it's very concise but deeply insightful. I started using its principles in my writing and videos and literally went viral after 5 days of reading the book. This works, for real.It's a very fun read too: he explains the principles and then provides examples to showcase. One of my favorite things is that its teachings are data-backed and the results of tireless experimentation. Great book for someone who's starting in copywriting, like me. Thanks.

Difficult to Read
The font is not the average Times New Roman or Calibri or something similar that would make it easy to read through the small flat less than a 100 page read. The font is small and narrow which makes it irritating especially for a glasses user like myself.

no fluff
Gotta reread and keep as a reference, now there are some things in here that are left to question since it was written so long ago. Nevertheless majority of the principles are to be applied

Informative, but hard to understand
Explains a lot about advertising, but the language it uses and the way the book is written makes it hard to understand on the first read. Had to use ChatGPT to explain some concepts.
