Brilliant storage
fantastic 8 months on still, I have two of these. Holds a 23 kg dog/rabbit food bag, keeps the smell of the food in perfect. Its sturdy and defiantly fit for purpose. The lid latches well and keeps the food sealed in and fresh.

Great product
Keeps food fresh, fits a whole 15kg bag in, great value for money. It's not great on the wheels but we don't really move it when it's full, would be fine when not using on carpet.

Keeps Pet Food Safe from Unwanted Visitors!
Exactly what you'd expect—a sturdy, wheeled container for storing pet food, complete with a flip lid and a handy scoop. We recently had an unwelcome visitor in our garage (a tiny mouse) that wreaked havoc by chewing through our dogs food bag. Since we order dog food on subscription and always keep some extra, we store it on a garage shelf until needed. Unfortunately, after discovering the (dead) mouse, we had to dispose of all the contaminated food—we didn’t want to risk our dog getting sick.Immediately after, I searched Amazon for a solid storage container that could hold 13kg of large-sized kibble to prevent this from happening again. This one does the job perfectly—no more worries about unwanted visitors sneaking in and accessing our dogs food!

Good for dog food
Great product, the plastic wouldn’t want to be any thinner/flimsier but it’s adequate and the hinge lid is a nice touch. Fits a large dog food biscuit bag easily and the scoop that’s included is a nice touch. The castors push on to the bottom and seem strong enough

Easy to use, & keeps cat litter nice and tidy
Absolutely perfect for storing cat litter away from both inquisitive kittens and little ones. Being on wheels means it's easy to use and move around, much better than lugging a heavy bag and looks much better than a paper bag, which can be 'got at' by curious kittens looking for something to play with.

Good container with enough volume for about 12-15kg of dry adult dog food
Spent ages trying to work out the size needed wanting to be able to store larger bags of dry dog food. These are very good with the slight proviso that although the flap on top closes well the entire top seems a bit less secure on the black base. In itself it is quite light being basically just blow moulded plastic but it looks reasonably sturdy and it's probably not going to be clawed through particularly quickly unless you have pretty destructive pets anyway. They certainly won't fall over when loaded but they do really need to be in a place where they can't be knocked over easily as they are fairly high and the base is not large.Anyway, when it arrived we put the end of one bag of dry (Tesco) adult dog food, maybe about one to one and a half kilos worth and then topped it up with a full 12kg bag. That lot came to about two inches from the top. Overall I'd say you can probably just about get a fifteen kilo bag in but that would be the limit. If you plan to top up before completely running out then to be honest 12kilos is more reasonable.Of course, to some extent it depends on how closely the bits pack, so a finer grained material would pack tighter, a larger biscuit less tight. Similarly the weight you can get in will depend on the density of the material you are filling it with since you may buy by weight but the fill limit is a volume. Best advice might be go down the pet store, check out what a 12kg bag of adult dry dog food looks like and compare that for volume with whatever you want to use it for, kibble, grain, wood shavings whatever if it is sold by weight. If like kitty litter it's sold by volume, no problem!Oh, and very prompt delivery from Home and Garden Products.
