Highly recommend good for hiking or even going to work
Bought this backpack for my husband it has been so great. He even got rid of his leather briefcase and uses this backpack because it looks good enough to go to work and is highly functional, especially with the laptop sleeve highly recommend.

Easy access, useful bag!
Very easy access. The exterior zipper pockets are too shallow to be useful for carrying anything more than a small notebook, papers, a thin book, or a tablet. On the other hand the main compartment is perfect for carrying multiple long items. A very useful bag!

Well made backpack, but
As noted in other reviews, the toffee is really a light brown and not nearly as bright as the product pictures made them out to be, which I am okay with. Overall, the quality of the bag is great! It isn’t waterproof, but there are 2 side pockets, a small zipper pocket on the back (against your back), and 2 small zipper pockets on the front. The bag can roll up pretty tight if needed. Due to the angle of the bottom of the bag, it sits great in your back but will not sit straight up on a flat surface.If I were to do it again I’d rather spend the same amount on North Face’s Borealis Commuter laptop backpack.

Perfect bag for laptop and files
I absolutely adore this bag. It’s incredibly convenient for me to access my laptop and files. Although it’s not a significant issue, I must mention that it doesn’t stand upright when left on the floor.

Excellent EDC for work and play.
15inch laptop fits in and out of side zipper for protected laptop sleeve. Plenty of room to carry pouches of my EDC gear as well as my pouches with work related gear. Side pockets are large enough for Nalgene bottles as well. Overall great bag and useful for work and play.
