This waist band really works. It is adjustable and stays in place while giving a lot of support. It we’ll cause you to sweat a lot and if it gets smelly just toss it in the washer. I don’t recommend using fabric softener or hot water. Just detergent and hang dry. It’s even available it big guy sizes and is made to last.

What can I say that hasn’t been described earlier in other reviews. I love it. It’s amazing. It works with everything does not drip sweat from it. It’s all trapped inside until the boat is loosened and taken off. Which I thought was amazing although I have had it’s definitely able to hold a lot of someone of very minimal. The Velcro strength is amazing. It has amazing compression and back support and have used it in house cleaning the whole day and withstood a lot of torture lol. 5 starts for an amazing product and very versatile as it is easy to use. Also came it a convenient mesh wash bagOh I also love the non skip rubber use inner lining. Genius!!!

Works well. Great quality doesn’t come undone. It’s comfortable and not bulky, and they have pretty color options. I hydrate, but I just don’t sweat enough and this helps me sweat!! I wanted to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. I haven’t seen dramatic changes, but I’ve seen subtle changes not on the front, but on the sides of my waist and I am pleased I will continue to wear.
