38174 SPEED QUEEN/HUEBSCH TOP LOAD BELT

Perfect fit for our Speed Queen top loader. I have teens that overload the washer. This is the second belt I've replaced in the last year. Works like new!

This is all that goes wrong with a Speed Queen washer. Fixed and back on the job

The belt fit well. However, a large load led to it slipping off within 24 hours. Now, there is a splice in the belt that I expect will lead to needing another replacement soon.

OEM part, worked great

The seller's picture indicates OEM. What arrives is not. The OEM Alliance Laundry belt is far superior to any other belt. I have a seven year old Speed Queen washer with over 25,000 verified loads. That's not a typo. After the original belt died, I tried many different aftermarket belts. Non-OEM = wasted time, energy, and money. NOTHING lasts as long and works as good as the OEM belt. NOTHING. The OEM belt is a standard 1/2" A width belt, but the length is in between an A27 and an A28 belt. Neither of those standard size belts worked. I even tried an AX (cogged) belt. It did not work. Do yourself a favor. When your belt finally goes bad, spend the few extra dollars and buy the OEM belt. It is the best quality and the proper size. Long live our Speed Queen. SQ IS THE BEST WASHER THAT WE HAVE EVER OWNED. PERIOD.

The agitator on my washing machine stopped working as the belt had broken. Got this new belt, and an hour or so later, it was back to working fine!
