Best HP printer
It's one of the best HP printers I have used so far. The quality of prints is top notch so it's the scanning quality. It's the best, user friendly, value for money one can buy.

Misleading features and poor performance — not worth the money
I’m really disappointed with this printer. First of all, it says “2-sided printing,” but it’s not automatic. You have to manually flip the paper to print on the other side — so it’s not real duplex printing.The printing speed is also way slower than what they mention. For colour prints, they say 24 ppm (which should be around 2.5-3 seconds per page), but in reality, it takes around 25 seconds for each colour page. For black-and-white, they claim 30 ppm, but it actually takes 15 seconds per page.Even the scanning quality is not good. Some scanned pages came out unclear and blurry, and the scanning speed is very slow. It takes a lot of time to scan even a single page.Also, the installation was supposed to be done within 72 hours of delivery. But even after 48 hours, no one contacted me. I got a call later and the installation finally happened after 72 hours.On the first day itself, a paper got stuck inside the printer. I used a clean sheet directly from the packet, so there was no issue with the paper. I tried opening the front door to remove it, but it didn’t come out. I had to call a known technician to remove it.Overall, many of the features mentioned on Amazon are misleading. Please don’t blindly trust everything that’s written.

Fantastic printer !
This printer is perfect for home use. My kid is also happy because it will help a lot in his school assignments and project work. I printed a test photo on glossy paper and it came out very nice. Its WiFi feature is a blessing. The free installation was on time and went smoothly. Separate button for scanning and printing ID is a big time saver. So, all in all I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. Full 5 stars to HP Smart Tank 580 !!
