How do you know what’s the best size to get?

Measure and then get one that’s 5 sizes bigger and then it’ll fit

Does anyone know how long nipple shields last for? Do they deteriorate at all after lots of sterilising? Thanks

I only used mine for a couple of weeks. You steralise them in boiling water NOT sterilizing solution. They didn't show any signs of deteriorating but then my little one didn't have any teeth.

How do you know what size you are

By measuring your nipples but you have to get bigger so if your nipples measure at 15mm get the 20mm because then they’ll fit x
