Q: is this valve stainless steel? if not how long before it rust up?

Handle is stainless steel. QC connectors are stainless steel. But the main body of the valve is carbon steel (not stainless steel) so the fluid path is not fully resistant to corrosion. The ball aperture is larger than 23/64-in, nearly 3/8-in, so less restrictive than the ID of the Male QC which is smaller than 5/16-in.

Q: I purchase this ball valve last year and I loss the handle, can I purchase handle only?

I believe that you would need to contact the seller, but chances are it would probably be simpler to order a replacement valve all together and that mat be the only option they offer you. I would personally go to a hardware store and attempt to find a replacement handle that works.
