Basil seeds
Seeds very fine compared to some which I personally like. I soak in water and drink to help clear the gut, system. No strong flavour to them and i havent tried to grow them yet.

Slightly musty flavour
These are very small and make the water a little muddy coloured when you soak the seeds overnight to plump them up. I’m not keen so won’t buy again.

Mauritius...pre 1962 ...drink
Brought back memories of when i drank this as a child. Put one or two teaspoons in glass of water .. wait an hour till it fluffs to look like frogspawn ,add sugar to taste. Delicate flavour and drunk for the feel as it goes down the throat.didnt even know about the health benefits until google was i vented.

Substandard quality
The quality of the seeds is horrible. They seeds do not swell up in water. Regret ordering it.
