Very interesting, lots of advice
Very interesting, still slowly reading having just been diagnosed, but can be frightening so you must also be aware of other things to read around, not all doom and gloom, needs further scientific research to be carried out, eg stopping one thing at a time and seeing the effect. Worth a read and to take and try how and what you want. New drugs are around the corner too, positive thinking. I would struggle to change my diet so radically especially as I don't like eg oily fish! But it worked amazingly here!

A must have for everyone who cares about their health
A fantastic book, with great recipes and one everyone should read, even if they do not have MS. I bought it for my sister and ended up reading it myself - full of useful and interesting advice. It was also a joy to see that it is in large print so for those with MS whose eye sight is suffering, it is much easier to read.

Essential reading
Every Dr should be given a copy of this to read in Med School it is an amazingly informative book and an ideal example of how medicine should work. Any person with an Autoimmune Disease must read it and put it into action don't wait for the medics, save yourself, inform yourself......I have and it works. Be brave, dynamic and shock your Dr and maybe they will catch on eventually!

A very informative book for people who suffer from Mitochondria ...
A very informative book for people who suffer from Mitochondria deficiency. The eating habit changes are mind blowing to start off with, but once you get in to the swing of shopping for the right produce and you get used to creating very 'colourful' meals, it's well worth it.
