Works as 160 to 180 adapter
I bought this to go from a 160mm to 180mm IS / post mount adapter for the rear of my 2016 DB Hook. It worked perfectly without spacers! Tested it on over 20 miles of single track and it held up.

Fit good no issues.
This adapter has a 20mm rise for the rear and 40mm in front. If used on the front with a 203mm rotor obviously in most cases you have to add the 3mm. If the rotor was 200mm you would not need too. I used the small washers from caliper brake pads... Upgraded 160mm ebike rear brake to 180mm. No issues with this adapter worked fine. The larger rotor hit my kickstand mount because it mounted behind the frame bracket.I moved it to the front of the bracket but it puts more stress on the kickstand mounting flange.

Worked for what I needed
Straigt forward install I took off my old adapter that broke and bolted this one up it worked perfectly with my Hayes A4 Caliper and my 180mm rotor. Only thing I would suggest is to put thread locker on the included screws but other than that 5/5

10mm too short for my 180mm brakes
After measuring this seems to about 10mm short of what's needed on my bike (Ozark Trail Ridge) to accommodate a R180mm brake caliper. Returning and buying genuine Shimano to see if that helps.
