I usually just clean it with hot water

They feel natural in your hand and you just need them on the area of the foot. They don't hurt but if you use too hard, stop and ease off a bit

Just a bit of wood but great tool

It’s cheap and cheerful But for massaging the nerve and muscle pains I get in my stump due to arm amputation I think it’s brilliant. It’s lovely and smooth and contoured in an X shape with each point being different to get a nice massage where you wish. I love it. And yes I could make one and may do but for an impulse buy at a good price why not
