While this does not have gluten grains in it, if you are highly sensitive to gluten, this is not for you, as it is not processed in 'clean' facilities and can therefore have some contamination. I cannot tolerate it because of this, but others can, who are less sensitive.

I've only heard of malted barley, so sorghum can be malted also? It would be gluten free then unless it was done alongside gluten grains?
