Q: This works for tenor?

These work with Concert and Soprano ukuleles.

Q: What guage equals what note ? very confusing to me ( a newbie) that the packages only have numbers and not notes. help!

Directions come in or on the package and strings are color coordinated. But, if I remember right, the two narrowest strings G and A (they are identical for this package) are on either end. The fattest one is the C string, third string (from right to left). The E is the 2nd string. Change on string at a time to keep tension on the instrument. Youtube has lots of tutorials to help you.

Q: do you have low G for tenor?

I have. I found that some pieces don't sound as good with a low g. So, I have pretty much returned my tenors to high g. High g is more universal.
