I am a hat guy. I wear hats daily, typically baseball caps and have a mix of casual/everyday hats, sports team hats, hats specific for golf, etc. Historically, I have piled them up on a dresser/shelf or in my closet so I have been looking for a better way to organize. I have tried the hat clips and stands, but I always found something I didn't like about each one I tried. I finally decided it was time to try hat boxes, and these have been the perfect solution! These boxes are great - easy access to my hats, sturdy, and stackable (there are little pegs to keep boxes stacked and in place), and it cuts down on the dust since they are enclosed.I organize my hats into groups that work for me (e.g., all my golf hats into two specific boxes, sports team hats in two boxes, some by color, etc.). The boxes easily hold 6-8 hats each but vary based on hat style. Keeping the same 'style' (straight brim vs curved brim, etc) helps more hats fit in each box. Access to my hats couldn't be easier, with the flip-up door on the front, and I love how they fit perfectly on the top shelf of my closet, keeping everything clean, and organized (and kept that way). I may buy another set of hat boxes soon for the new hats I have already started to acquire this golf season (I actually purged some old hats when I got these). I have had these boxes for 6 months now, and they are durable and I don't have any complaints about quality for their use case.If you have the room, and it makes sense for you, I would recommend storing your hats in these boxes.

I love to buy Hats when I travel, it's gotten out of control. This clear storage has helped keep everything organized nicely. I like that it's clear and I can see where everything is. I just stack them on top of each other. Good quality and pretty sturdy with the lockability.

I ordered these to organize and store my husbands collection of baseball caps. I can easily fit about 10 caps per container, if I stack them compressed with back side pushed in. I like that you can see through the plexiglass so that you know which items are in which box. Sleek appearance, effective magnetic closure, and neat addition to a newly remodeled closet! Could be used to store a variety of items! Recommend!
