Our everyday tea and coffee cups
Look lovely, keep heat in a little longer and fairly durable. I have broken a couple over the years but only by knocking them onto a hard floor. They stand up to normal use very well. Bodum make another style with curved bits, which I do prefer because they’re easier to hold. The Pavina are quite wide.

Quality glasses that look great and age well
The Pavina range are a very nice set of glasses, at ~£30 (at time of purchase) for the set of six that's great value though, at the current price that's a bit tougher to swallow. The glasses look great and do a good job of insulating your hand from your hot beverage of choice. I've had no issues with leaking or cracking and they've been happily going through the dishwasher on a weekly basis for over two years at this point. If you can grab them on sale I'd highly recommend them.

Fantastic glasses
I bought these to go with a new Nespresso coffee machine and they have been brilliant! The double wall design keeps coffee noticeably warmer than a normal mug with an additional bonus being you don't need a coaster as the outer wall doesn't get hot. They are really light compared to a normal glass or mug; I assume this is due to not having a thick base and the glass potentially being thinner. They do feel delicate, but they are probably tougher than they feel (but still take care!)They are just the right size for most of the drinks settings on the Nespresso unit I have (Latissima Touch), the exception being the 'latte' preset which is just a bit too much. They fit underneath the coffee and milk nozzles with plenty of clearance (see pic), so no issues getting the finished drink out. The 350ml version of these glasses would cater for it, however. Coffees look absolutely great in them!As mentioned, there is some slight variance in size due to being hand-made. However, it is slight (1-2mm) and not enough to make any one of them unusable.I've put them in the dishwasher without any issue. The pressure valve on the bottom hasn't let any water between the two walls, as per the manufacturer's claims.

Tough, and beautiful.
These are my daily use coffee mugs. Delicate, beautiful, yet tough. They get used, then in the dishwasher, with no issues.

After years of using them, I say they're better than a mug.
I came across these types of glasses in the Netherlands a few years ago in a restaurant and I was so impressed that I got a single one of these Bodum glasses to try out. Well, it lasted two years before it broke and by that time I'd gotten used to my tea not going cold... so this time I bought six!The size might be hard to tell from an image on the internet. They hold a large mug's worth of tea/coffee/drinkofyourchoice and do a good job of slowing down hot drinks going cold or cold drinks going lukewarm. I often forget time passing behind the keyboard and seriously appreciate the practicality of these glasses! Big quality of life improvement over a regular mug.The only bad thing I'd say is that as scum builds up you're going to see it, unlike a normal ceramic mug. For tea I'm finding I use a wad of steel wool and hardly any pressure (careful not to scratch!) to clean the inside and it only takes a few seconds that way. I mean really, it cleans up in seconds. I wish the glasses could be personalised a bit more too to tell them apart.I've read problems putting these in dishwashers, so honestly I'd say just do them by hand as you don't want fluid getting through the seal on the base. Save yourself any problems by not soaking them either, just do them by hand with steel wool or some sort of pad, like I said it's so easy and fast. If you look after these glasses they should last you a while, but remember that they are glass and they're probably going to break at some point with everyday use.Overall, the everyday practicality outweighs the fragility by a long shot. I'd definitely recommend them. Maybe stick to mugs on occasions you fear breaking one. I also wish for personalisation options, which may come if the manufacturers have any sense. ;)
