There is a logo, but not So large, especially since the top of the suite is white the logo is less noticeable.

I would get the Large. I am 5'10" at about 170 lbs. Not fat in anyway. I have a Slender build....ahahaha get it? But on a serious note, I am rather skinny for my weight and that is my height and I fit just fine in it. I believe there is a chart somewhere on the page where the suit is posted indicating size charts for people so they can determine what size suit to get.
