Used to be my fave gel
I used to use this all the time but switch to something else as this is a bit sweet over an Ironman. Now i use it for a single gel a race to give the taste buds a treat and change from my gel of choice that i use now.It’s great tasting gel but can be a bit strong to continuously use only this over say an Ironman. Perfect secondary gel.
