Bristol Novelty Decorative Raven with Feathers

If you are looking to buy a fake crow, and let’s face it, who isn’t? Look no further. This looked great on my shoulder at a Halloween party and garnered lots of admiring comments. I called him Constantine, but far from being the party pooper of his namesake, he partied hard all night, which unfortunately resulted in him eventually losing an eye.Apart from that, he is bloody great and I highly recommend him. Seriously, buy this crow, you won’t regret it . You could get yourself a pigeon, but you can’t really go wrong with a crow.

It’s bigger than expected which makes it a good value for money. It does look pretty real, so makes a great Halloween decoration. The reason for 4 stars is because there are some patches where not enough feathers have been stuck on, but other than that it’s good.

I’ll start with the positives. This raven is a lot bigger than expected, and it arrived on time. I have been generous because of the size by giving it 3 stars.The Negatives, one of the eyes is hanging of, there are a few places that have glue on the feathers and have paper stuck to it, there are also a couple of places that have feathers missing.All fixable but for the price you shouldn’t have to.

I entered a scarecrow into the village competition - Maleficant. This crow added the final touches to the costume. Lifelike and great quality!

I ordered this product, the photo showed a small feathered bird with orange legs and wires on its feet to secure it to a tree etc. I have no idea what quality that is as the one I receved was different to the one shown.The one i was sent had black legs and no wires, and was feathers glued over a hollow plastic body. It's of a poor quality with its legs seperating from the body (when rested on its feet, the legs retracted into the body!) The one I'd been sent previously had actually 'caved in' in the post, the hollow body being squashed - hence my ordering this thinking it was a different product.Very dissapointing!
