The length 170 cm - does this include the length of the tail?

Hi there, not sure what the 170cm stands for as I've just measured it: basically from the tip of the tiger's paws to the base of the tail is 40 inches. The tail is an additional 30 inches after that. Sorry : don't do cm! Hope this helps!Wendy

I've had that happen with a bike pump I bought on here. It's probably as it's more effort and more cost for them to have it returned so instead they just write it off (if that makes sense). If they have said that then you don't need to do anything and can forget about it.
