NO complaints from me...
A fair price for a good quality product. It would have been nice if more instructions were included. I was puzzled as to why 4 small ball bearings were included in a separate pack to the fixing bolts. It would seem correct to say that after fixing, in order to stop people from undoing the hexagon type security bolts, a ball bearing is hammered into the head so that no one can use any device to unscrew said bolts. The lock seems of good quality too.

Great!
*Update:Had this in for two years now, have to say I’m impressed with the quality of the pole. I’ve had some a$$holes twice run over it and pushed it out of the holes in the ground - I have v crumbly tarmac and my space is in an area where people turn around often unfortunately :( but regardless the pole has been fine so I’ve been able to just replace the screws and use chemfix to help keep them in place as well! If I had my own driveway and concrete I’d probably opt for those very heavy duty subterranean poles but for just avoiding people parking in my space this does the job brilliantly!*Original:Had someone put this in for me as I don't have a drill. I agree with what others have said about the bolts that come with, they're bad quality and just spin around - so just get better ones in advance they’re a good price in screwfix. Easy to use and does the job of stopping people parking in my space. The lock is good too and comes with 3 keys :)

wrong hole size indicated for bolts
The post is good but the bolts supplied needed a 14mm drill bit NOT a 12mm as stated in instructions. Using this size drill the bolts were fine. I can see why other reviewers said the were rubbish ! . the instructions on the box should be revised

Value for money but buy your own bolts!
The kit itself for the reduced price of 30 odd pounds is good value. If you had to pay full price I would say not as the bolts that are supplied will potentially cause you problems. This is because the base of the bolt casing detaches from the body of the case when you go to try and tighten your bolts up if you haven't drilled the depth of the hole to perfection. This results in your bolts not biting into the bolt case fitting when tightening and by that time your stuck with a wobbly post and fittings in the ground. As other reviewer the bolts are iffy so I popped down DIY store and buy some new ones. I purchased the Diall M10 X70mm (£5 b&q) which required a 16 mm drill bit (states on the back of the packet what bit size you need). You could also use the 12mm - 14mm ones if you wished a well. Just make sure you drill holes align with the pole holes otherwise you will have trouble tightening up.

Excellent value but paint needs protection
These were less than half the price of similar bolt-down folding parking posts on other sites. They are a a nice solid product, but that said the paint seems very thin and comes off fairly easily. If I had had more time I would have sprayed them with a couple of coats of clear lacquer to protect the paint. I also put a rubber doobrie on the side of the post that comes into contact with the ground where the paint is most likely to get damaged. (I didn't get a reply from Mayflower about what colour they used so that I could buy touch-up paint).
