This was purchased for my 83-year-old neighbor and we had to get her something because she could not get out of the chair that she was sitting in a recliner. So after purchasing this she is so satisfied and we are comfortable with sleeping at night with knowing that she is not stuck in a chair for hours before the fire department can get to her. We are so thankful that with her being our neighbor that she can get out of her chair and it even has it built-in massager the heat level is great the color is bold black and soft leather the stability and the height is good The easiest assembly it literally took me 15 minutes total and that's because I was talking to her in between probably would have only taken 5 minutes if I'd have stayed at it. The stability of it is amazing perfect chair for an elderly person very very very satisfied customer!

Product box weighs in more than 100 lbs and requires two people to lift. Everything in one box. Very well thought out. Comfort is good. Operation is good. Fabric and color were spot on. After a few days use, heat and massage stopped working. Was expected in a chair of this price range. Should things change, I will post again. Contacted mfg about problem. They sent another remote. Problem solved. I hope it last. Massage is subtle. I have nothing to compare it to. Heat is subtle too. So far it appears to be a good value for the reasonable price.Update 2022. Chair is making lots of loud creaking and grinding noises. Nuts and bolts have started to break off with resounding snaps. Find these on the floor. Leg lifting while reclining is no longer functioning. Chair has become lop sided causing discomfort. Too bad the chair is breaking up. It appeared to be a good value at the beginning despite a faulty remote which the mfg. rectified by replacing. Fabric has held up well. Maybe these problems would not exist with a lighter person. I am 275lb. Chair heat and massage continue to work satisfactorily. Hope this helps.

I wanted to update from 1 star to 4. The seller was very responsive in locating missing half. I would give 5 stars to the seller and 3 or the 4 on chair. It's nice, comfortable and everything works as it should. It's a little small. That can be good or bad depending on your space and your need.I would recommend. Just know it comes in two boxes and base weighs 75lbs.Cannot speak on quality as half was not delivered. It is heavy. I thought back and arms were folded on top. If you order expect 2 boxes. Now I have to load this 100 pound half of a chair up and deliver to UPS. Nice

We purchased this chair on 7/31/2023. We received the chair on 8/3/2023. The chair had 2 left arms. I reached out to the company. They told me that the arms were on back order and it would take 2 weeks to receive the proper arms. I requested a refund. They told me they would send a box for shipping the chair back but could I cancel the refund request, which made no sense because I'm returning the chair and want a refund to purchase another. They delayed getting back but on 8/18/2023, They stated that the arms were mailed and would I now cancel the request for refund.We finally received the arms and did cancel the refund request once we when received.Now 14 months after the initial purchase the right side has broken, as seen in the photo above. I reached out and sent a picture and explained that it’s 14 months old and that the chair is broken and not safe. The chair was minimally used and my adult daughter, who is immobile and weighs 76 pounds, uses the chair. They sent me a message back that it’s out of the 12 month warranty window and nothing can be done.Just a warning, the 12 month warranty is very accurate, so if extending use after one year be cautious that the chair may not be stable or durable after that 1 year.Would not recommend reordering due to delays in communication and problem resolution and concern for quality of furniture without being durable after 14 months of minimal use.

I guess I was expecting something a little different. It states it massages but it's more of a vibration. Not very comfortable in an upright position but is when in a reclining position. Needs better instructions. The material seems a little cheap. Overall not bad for the price.

I redecorated a master bedroom to accomodate an elderly individual with mobility issues. This lift chair is the perfect additon to the room. It is a lovely piece of furnature. I order the grey, faux leather material and it is supple and elegant. It is also comfortable and the lift component adds extra assitance when standing up. It was relatively easy to assemble, You just have to be sure you are really aligning the metal brackets well before sliding the side arms in place. We encountered a minor problem with one of the brackets that got bent in shipping, but the person who assembled the chair was able to bend it out enough to get it to slide in the bracket. Not a fault of the product. Just better packageing needed so sections can't slide in the shipping box. I would buy this product again.

Chair is excellent, does all it claims, and is a real treat for my elderly mom. Item was lost in shipment due to receiving individual error, not company or shipper. Company patiently helped me find it. Would enjoy doing business with them in the future.
