Q: Are these blister packs or loose in the pack/bottle

Hi! They come loose as gel capsules in a bottle.

Q: how big are they? Ones I just bought are too big

500mg Efamol are half the size of the normal 1000mg. So if the large one is 1 inch long then the 500mg pill is 1/2 an inch long and soft to the feel. I cannot take the larger fish oil or any vitamin capsules, That is why I buy 500mg Efamol. Trish

The contents do not list any gluten products. The capsules are made from bovine gelatin, so if you are a vegetarian these would not be suitable, but they are gluten free. I hope that helps

I used to think this product was brilliant but I found something better high strength silicon hair and nails are brilliant after 3 months
