Omega-3 Fish Oil, Triple Strength, 60 Softgels, Sports Research

With real nutrition lacking in much of the food we eat today, I believe it’s important to add a few supplements in our diet. I found this omega 3 supplement at Amazons website and I am now on my second order. I am old and my joints have really started giving me trouble. I could tell my mental clarity was declining, which I found very upsetting. Since I started using this product these aging issues seem to be improving. My knees and hips don’t hurt as much and movement is improving. My memory and cognition are better, as well. Since I’m essentially following the same diet I must give credit to the addition of this supplement to my arsenal. For anyone experiencing the problems I have described, I recommend that you try it and see if it improves your overall health. It’s working for me.

The only fish oil I will use.

Had to take fish oil capsules prior to and after my lasik surgery. Most fish oils you find in the store have much lower concentration of Omega-3s vs. the fish oil, but this is one of the purest formulations I've found. I rarely get dry eyes anymore.

Well ... believe it or not, it's fish oil for sure. The brand is amazing but not sure how to rate the actual product. It's what I ordered and it's what I wanted ... so for that, 5 stars
