Q: Do the mounting studs on light adjust for different existing mounting hole center lines such as my bull has pre-drilled?

Yrs they do adjust th positions u need them to I love mine works great and is super bright

Q: Can this be wired to a12v plug?

do not recommend going to a 12 volt outlet, the amperage draw will be to high.

Q: I am missing the mounting brackets, can you ship me the brackets
