I was skeptical when I bought this, but desperate... my good friend and neighbour passed away 6 months ago and we took his skittery wee kitty in, much to the disgust of our two 20 yr old moggies! The old girls are both placid and patient, but poor wee Annie was a rescue when my friend got her and we don't know her history, but after a few months it's clear she was a) separated from her mum too early and b) it breaks my heart, but likely abused 😥. She took to me right off, I'm definitely mum, and my partner she likes (most of the time) but after 6 months of acclimatising, starting with a baby gate on the end room so she had her safe space, a feliway plug in, lots of positive reinforcement and swapping of bedding.... she still barely tolerates my poor old girls! Every time they're close there's growling and chunnering (she's very vocal anyway!) and the slightest misstep and she'll go for them (though not really nastily, it's more like self defence even when self defence isn't warranted!). She's never hurt either of them, but we've basically been living in a war zone & the sisters deserve some peace at this stage of their lives!.. as do we!!So, I read the reviews and ummed and ahhed and procrastinated... and eventually bought a bottle (opting for feliway over a brand is never used). It's true it IS expensive and also true that the bottle is REALLY small (especially as the directions suggest spraying it EVERY DAY! I suspect the sales team had input on that count lol), but the effect was IMMEDIATE! I couldn't believe it. I sprayed carefully on Annie's bedding, on the carpet at the entrance of my living room (one if the main combat zones) & on the blanket that goes over the foot of my bed (which is definitely the front line! My girls sleep there days and nights and inevitably Annie also wants to be beside "her mum" so it had become a real territorial got zone!). I chose a moment when it'd have the recommended 15mins to disperse before the girls went near it, was pleased at the very mild scent, and then sat down on the bed to wait... One old girl came first and lay down, then Annie hopped up... and... nothing! She murmured to herself, then lay down and went to sleep! 😯 Next up came my other old girl who strolled past Annie to plonk herself in my lap... Annie raised her head, murmured, got up and stretched and I thought "here we go" ... then lay back down and went back to sleep! That's all the proof I need 🥳 I spray it every other day still, and will buy at least one more bottle. I'm hoping with the reassurance that it gives my wee murder muffin she'll complete the acclimatisation and stop harassing her new sisters (mostly anyway, I suspect she'll always lash out when surprised!) and that scenes like the pic, taken as I wrote this will become an everyday occurrence in my finally peaceful home! okay so first of all this thing is tiny like ten quid for what feels like a thimble full of invisible cat vibes love that for mesays it’s odourless and they’re not lying i sprayed it and was like hmm did anything happen or did i just aggressively shake a small bottle at the airbut listen i used it on my emotionally unavailable stray cat who’s been treating my house like a hotel lobby for months and this little potion actually convinced him to come inside and stayhe’s a menace a gremlin a furry little goblin and i love him with my whole soul he’s so ugly he wraps around into being cute again like a full circle momentso yeah overpriced definitely yes effective against emotionally distant catboy energy also yeswould i buy it again probably against my better judgment absolutely.

I found out about this spray at the vets, they used it in the waiting room to calm my distressed cat, I was pleased to find it right here at amazon, recently, having further visits to the vets I was able to use it before setting off, please read the instructions fully as I heard that someone said they sprayed a cat with the household flea spray they were reviewing!Poor cat.This does work, it is safe for cats but be mindful if you have lung issues (follow instructions) it doesn’t smell and has a number of uses including deterring ‘spraying’ In my opinion it is worth every penny to settle the cats when travelling to the vets, everything else is a bonus

recently purchased the FELIWAY Classic 20ml Spray with high hopes of calming down my anxious cat during stressful situations. Unfortunately, I must say that this product had absolutely no effect on my feline friend.Having read numerous positive reviews and recommendations, I was genuinely excited to try this spray. However, after following the instructions diligently and spraying it in areas where my cat spends most of his time, there was no noticeable change in his behavior or overall state of mind. It's disheartening when a product fails to deliver its promised results.Moreover, despite giving it ample time to work as suggested by the manufacturer, the lack of any discernible improvement left me quite disappointed. The supposed pheromone-based formula seemed ineffective for my cat's particular anxiety issues.On a positive note, the spray itself is easy to use with a fine mist that doesn't startle or irritate pets. Also, I appreciate the compact size of the bottle since it makes it convenient for travel or taking along on short trips.However, based on my personal experience and the total absence of any positive impact on my cat's well-being, I cannot recommend FELIWAY Classic 20ml Spray. It may work differently for other cats or specific situations, but for mine, it simply did not live up to expectations.

Unlike the diffuser, the spray is really good.I used it when my girl gave birth. She often moving the babies, but i sprayed a little around the area she was with the babies and she didn't move them often. Only 2x this time.My boy is very anxious when he is being taken outside of the house. I sprayed some in the carrier 15 mins prior, but it didn't have much effect. He is just way too anxious.

I normally rate the Feliway products and I regularly buy the plug ins for my three cats. Bought this to try in addition to the plugs in, but when I went to spray it, the spray doesn't work. I can't see a way into the bottle to even transfer the liquid to another spray bottle so it's a little disappointing, especially as it's very expensive for the size of the bottle. Going to have to return, unfortunately.
