Much better than the cheaper water butt joint kits
Having tried to stop the free water butt joint kit from leaking I bought these and some 25mm spiral pond hose. These tank connectors have 2 good washers so seal inside and out, can be tightened by hand and then tightened without needing someone holding the outside connector (making install so much easier). Fits standard good quality pond hose too, which seals better with the supplied clamps or jubilee clips. Cannot recommend enough.. will definitely buy again when we add more water butts.

Just what I needed
Purchased these to make good a connection between rain water bypass unit fitted in down pipe and a water butt. Fitted perfectly and used some flexible hosing I already had spare to complete the connection. Good quality product and I would purchase again if required.

Odd size
The nossels are a little smaller than the normal 25mm tubes. I could get my 25mm id pipes to fit but the jubilee clips were an absolute necessity. I found it difficult to get a water tight seal with my water butt.
