I want to attach the 25 mm to my brick wall what is outer diameter please ? And what clips can i use ?

Hi. I didn't have to use clips as I just wanted spare hosing for future use but when I need to fix anything to a wall that is like hosing or tubing, I get some 1mm aluminium sheet, using tinsnips I cut a a strip say 10 cm by 2.5 cm, then bend it around the hose and shape the ends so they are flat against the wall, then drill a hole each end and screw unto the wall around the hose/tubing. Use stainless screws and nothing will rust and it will hold tube/hose perfectly. Thin aluminium is easy to bend!! Just an idea for you.

Will the 20mm internal diameter hose stretch to fit a 23mm barbed fitting without damage.

No, I am 99% sure it isn't that flexible.

Is the external diameter 30mm on 25mm hose.? I have a divertor from a water butt using 30mm external diameter hose but need a 5 meter extension. Thank

I bought 40 mm ID pipe with OD of 45mm and going by that I would imagine that it would have an OD of approximately 30mm
