For the size and the price don't expect stupendous quality. It has poor bass and has a bit of a static rattling when you put the volume to max. It is decently loud though. Louder than my phone's speaker.You are probably wondering why did I give it 5 stars? Like I said, for the size and the price I was already expecting it to be sub-par. You get what you pay for. I was looking for a visually discreet speaker as well as easy to carry around. I'm a building porter/janitor at a place with factories & contstruction and I want to listen to my music while I work so a cheap little speaker to take the hit to protect my personal phone and avoid damaging or losing bluetooth earbuds is what I was looking for and this fits the bill.

Updated after 1.5 years: No longer charges when plugged in. Considering the low price, we will buy another one because of it's usefulness/small size when we travel, which is a lot. Still recommend if you want a little basic sound output and want to be able to move around the room with your phone.Does this give you Bose quality sound? Certainly not. Does it give you acceptable sound from a tiny unit? YES! We were looking for a tiny speaker to take when we travel and have limited space. This little thing fits that need perfectly. It gives you a little more sound than your phone's speaker, but it allows you to use your phone for other things and not have the music blasting right at you. I can't speak to the battery life yet, but so far I'm loving this lil guy.

I got this speaker to mount in my Trail RC K5 blazer and it works great the distance could be a little greater though but other then that works like it said it should.

The size of this speaker is amazing! Perfect for my travels, however the sound isn't as great as I'd hoped for. I honestly get better sound putting my phone in a cup. If they could improve quality, it's a perfect on-the-go-speaker, but until then, there's probably better out there.

If you are looking for a small bluetooth speaker, this is it. If you are looking for high performance, than look else where. It's small, it's light weight, and it's pretty loud for it's size. I haven't used it long enough to test out the battery life, but connection is easy. Can't beat it for the cost and the convenience.

I just wanted a speaker to keep in my purse for if the sound system at work went out, (can't work in silence). This fits the size bill but the quality of sound is SO bad that I would rather just play straight from my phone. And believe me, I did not need very good sound, just something better than silence but I would say this is actually worse than silence. It does get loud but is VERY tinny with no bass.
