Fits snug and is so soft.

It’s very nice and good quality but at first it’s to tight but with time it loosens up specially in the eyes area that’s the only thing that I didn’t like it bc it won’t touch that’s area since it’s loose there but overall it’s pretty’s good and I did like it and enjoy using it

I've bought two packages of these for after my C1-C2 fusion surgery. They have a nasty chemical like smell for the first several uses, but it eventually calms down the more you use them. That's why I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise, I love these things!!They are very comfortable, which was of great relief on my neck/head incision. I used it with ice the first several days, but when I could finally transition to heat, it was heavenly for the extreme muscle spasms!It keeps cold for about 20-30 minutes. And the heat lasts a lot longer. I needed to use a towel to wrap it when hot so I didn't burn myself, but it made me feel very cozy and helped me fall asleep.I really like the head cap, as it's a bit tighter than some other brands, and the pressure feels amazing with the cold! It works great for easing migraines! It doesn't always completely get rid of my migraines, but it at least makes them more tolerable.The neck wrap Velcro is extremely sticky and can be hard to pull part, but you can be sure it ain't going nowhere! The Velcro does have sharp edges though, which I don't really care for, but I just try to keep it away from my skin so I don't accidentally scratch myself.

If you wanna remember what it feels like to be a 😴 sleeping baby… BUY THIS… I get every kind of headache you can imagine… I have three herniated disc from the base of my skull down…I also have had many broken noses, allergies, pains in the …. “Neck “ (aka stress) along with ocular migraines and “simple” migraines .Add to it I work nights and have had to attempt to sleep during the day. This purchase, along with a weighted blanket and a special pillow, one of the healthiest sleep choices I’ve ever made…I don’t even have to put mine in the freezer every time. As the gel (however it is winter as I write this) stays a nice level of cool as is. Helps the pains, blacks out my eyes so day sleep is possible, and on top?NO PUFFY Eyes!Now my only issue… how to make myself get OUT of my bed lol

Tried the neck portion and it gets very hot! Be cautious at first. Once it’s at a good temp, it feels very nice on sore muscles!

If you require more than ten minutes of cold therapy then you better buy 3 so you can keep rotating them because they warm up quickly.
