We're at the point in life where we haven't wanted the hassle of a real tree any longer, but could not imagine using an artificial tree. We have a life time of ornaments with many memories, but they've just stayed in the box the last few years. So we took a chance on this. It turned out to be exceptionally sturdy - really no danger of tipping - and after a couple of minutes looking at the parts, the assembly was intuitive and simple. The design is attractive without being gaudy. Even the star on top is tasteful. It's perfect for an 8' ceiling, but it would be easy to make it shorter by leaving out a section. You can put the rings that hold the branches at any height. The number of branches is not skimpy, it feels full - especially once it's full of ornaments. Everyone who has visited has enjoyed it... except our 2.5 year old granddaughter who started crying when she first saw it ("that isn't a tree"). But once it was filled with ornaments she liked it too & it was easy for her to put ornaments on it. We haven't tried to disassemble it yet, but I believe it will be quite simple. We kept the packaging so the different sized branches can be kept together in their original bags. Next year we'll add some kind of lighting - probably the tiniest led string we can find. Other reviewers mentioned wrapping a string around the center pole. That makes sense, we'll likely try that. Of course it's not like a genuine Christmas tree, but since that wasn't an option any longer - this is a pretty fine substitute.

where to begin? Everything about this tree is genius! no branch fluffing, none of the mess from shedding fibers/tree needles. It holds ALL of my ornaments, which I collect, so I have many. It's a nice size but fits nicely in my small living room. The design is wonderful, very easy to put together, I love how the branches have some flair to them. It's sturdy, no more struggle to find a place for heavy ornaments. It disassembles into a box almost as small as a shoe box! No more huge heavy tree boxes! I'm as happy as a pig in slop right now!!! I would give it a hundred stars if I could!

This tree is 12.5 pounds!! I can manage it all by myself! The “branches” are hinged for “easy”assembly. Smooth metal so there’s no scratches to your arms & hands. The sturdy stand holds the tree perfectly. This replaces an artificial treeI couldn’t manage alone anymore. The price, ease of use, & size make it perfect for me!!The functionality and versatility make it an excellent choice for the price!!

The tree is beautiful! I have cats that will climb a real tree, so I thought this would be a nice alternative which would still allow me to display my favorite ornaments. I unpacked it and set it up as soon as it arrived (yes it's August) because I wanted to make sure all parts were in working order. I love it! There was one small part that came off, but I can gorilla glue it back (or do without it all together because I'm the only one who will notice), otherwise I would give it 5 stars. Highly recommend as an alternative to a real tree.

I received this item as a gift and I love it. Easy to assemble/disassemble and fully customizable to the space you’re placing it. I used one less pole in the center to make it shorter and adjusted the space between levels and then pulled and repositioned the arms to have it set easily into the corner.Excellent value for the money, has room to grow with my collection, so stable.

Tree is lightweight and easy to assemble. The instructions aren’t great, but it’s easy to figure out. Base was stable on rug, small LED lights are easily strung on it and look nice. Best feature: the cats can’t eat this tree!
