But the seller fixed everything immediately. They explained that Amazon handles returns/resells (so sellers can’t control when a used item gets sent out), refunded me, AND sent a brand-new set directly.They didn’t even want the old one back. (SMART, so no one ends up with this faulty item) They truly stand behind their products.The replacement looks cute as expected, yet unexpectedly sturdy. Fits perfectly in our freshly painted kids’ bathroom.I noticed other one-star reviews for the same issue, which isn’t fair to the seller since this is Amazon’s process, not theirs. That’s why I’m updating my review. They deserve 10 stars. 5 star product and 5 stars customer service! I will updat my pictures as well._________________________________________Item seems to be used. I normally don’t mind buying or getting a minimally damaged like-new item but this one, it doesn’t seem like the seller even try to make it look unused. Also this is a plunger….a plunger used by someone else? Just…. gross.Otherwise it is sturdy and cute as expected. I tried to contact the seller but couldn’t find the contact information. So sad as I was really excited about this set.

These are not just cute, they actually work! But they are so cute you almost don’t want to use them. Easy to store. Seemingly durable and with a handle length that is sufficient for usage needs. Cleaning power is there and cleanup after is easy. I don’t think it’s the strongest plunger I will ever own but it gets the occasional job done.

Super cute! The handle length is reasonable and it looks great in my bathroom. While I cannot speak to the brush quality because I haven’t used it yet, it was a good deal, well priced. It fits neatly next to my toilet.I will be back to report when I put it to work. The aesthetic is 💯. Everyone asks where I got it. I wanna gatekeep lol.

So cute! Handels are slightly short wish they were longer. Bristles feel sturdy and clean well. Great value for money!

I had to get this set and it was worth it! Funky and functional and adds a pop of color to the bathroom.

Perfect size so your hands don’t touch the toilet water, real sturdy to handle even the biggest jobs, overall works amazing. These guys got it right with making a plunger and brush that everyone can enjoy using. Why have a boring plunger when you can have a cactus take on all jobs big or small!
