Totally worthless

First, the camera wouldn't accept the SD card, the card was as specified (type 10 or whatever) tried to troubleshoot with the Customer service, but no resolution. So I got a replacement, the replacement camera was worse than the first. It is not even going past the setup stage.I'm returning this one. Maybe will go with the more trusted ones.Kent should take care of such inconveniences.

Excellent product.

Genie homecam is absolutely good product for security of your family and childrens at home. This is very good home security device in the good budget and it’s 2 –way calling also very useful for communication when you away from home. Intruder alarm and smart alerts always help me to check each and every activity at home.

Working like a charm

Easy installation process. Use your phone to download Kent cameye app. Download the user guide by scanning the QR code given on the warranty card. Full 1 month cloud storage as promised. MicroSD card file format should be FAT32. Card more than 32GB needs formating to FAT32 before insertion. Windows doesn't allow this by default. Third party software from minitool.com comes handy for formatting. After insertion of card cam will format it again. Check your settings once again. Done.You can access camera from another phone by using the same login credentials.Auto connect with wifi and resume recording after power restored. Record on microSD when no Internet. Playback at 4x and 8x speed. Detects human. Also noise alert.Paid cloud storages also available but not subscribed yet.

One of the worst, waste of money

The camera became dis functional within an year .Very worst company. There is no service also only customer care will talk to you but no use.

Product works but received used product

The 1st time, I received the product with a broken seal. It was replaced promptly...but the 2nd replacement product had the camera peel already removed and placed elsewhere ...as can be seen in the pic.

Best budget camera

Best budget camera at affordable prices. You can watch live streaming from anywhere like my grandparents are in UP but I can monitor them from Delhi itself. I talk to them using camera and it detects motion and send me alert notifications for any intruder. This really helps me to keep an eye on my family. Good product by most trusted brand Kent.
