Too slow to be useful.
Bought this laptop Nov of ‘17 and in that time I’ve seen her use it only a handful of times. It’s so painfully slow that it’s hardly worth the effort to even take it out of the case. I was going to upgrade the ram in attempts to speed it up a bit but you can’t even do that since the RAM is soldered onto the board. Do yourself a favor and find something else.

Wasn't as expected, will go back to my more expensive brands
Never me again is taking God out of my thoughts and buying a cheap laptop. No webcam but claims to have one. No fix for the webcam. Freezes when surfing the net. One drop and the charger is damaged. Lenovo supposed to have been a top brand but I thought they having a cheaper laptop would've been just as good. Waste!

Great for home office
Bought for my wife to work from home with. Does everything we need with pep, and plenty more. Great for a home office.

A frustrating mess of a laptop.
A great laptop at first, After 2 weeks a total system crash. Had to do complete system restore 3 times in 3 months. Researched this model to find numerous similar complaints. This unit doesn't support W10 well. Spend a bit more on an HP, Dell, or Asus. This Lenovo model laptop will bring you nothing but frustration.

Does not have extra ram slot
It's hard to find exact info on this model, but for the record this model does not have an extra slot for memory -- it has a single slot that comes with a 4GB module.

So slow it's practically useless
I can't in good conscious let anyone buy this computer. It should be a crime. After a few weeks with minimal use it slowed to a crawl. I've avoided using it for anything. It takes 10 minutes to load up and start using an internet browser and forget even the simplest games. Look for a better processor and pick SSD memory.
