Bought this for my dad when he came out of hospital.Solid build quality on the hand held buzzers and the unit.Lots of different alarm sounds to choose from and very loud so can hear it all across the house.Excellent product!

I would have given 5 stars had the plug in part of the system not been so large. It takes up two slots of my extension bar, so had to buy one with more slots to accommodate it. It comes quite simply packaged, which is great as that means more investment in the product. As for the unit and button, they are very easy to use, basically just plug and go, although I would advise reducing the ring tone on the base unit for the carer as it is set to very loud. Love the fact that you can change the ring tone too. There are quite a few to choose from, so if you get overly familiar with one, you can change it to another to keep you alert. Brilliant product!!!!

Needed for the worst of reasons but it did the job well

This is very well made and simple to use. Mum has Parkinson’s dementia and often needs me at night time so this has been perfect for her to call me. She finds it very easy to press the button and she has little strength. Highly recommend this product.

This product works well over one floor, however if the ringer is downstairs you cannot hear it upstairs and vice versa. If you are wanting to move around the house, whilst also keeping an ear out for a loved one, I would suggest buying the pack with one button and 2 ringers so you can hear it wherever you are in the house.

Works well. Lots of tones to select what works for you. Easy to set up. Button is easy to see and easy to push even with Mom's arthritic hands. My mom is allergic to polester, so we attach the bell unit to her side rail by wrapping a scrunchy around the rail, then feeding over top of just the bell unit (detached from the lanyard.) Easy to move from one rail to the other as Mom is repositioned every couple hours. A real winner for the sickroom.

Worked as advertised. Easy to use.
