Delivery is very fast which my laptop was arrived early and I didn't expected that. At first I was hesitant to buy a refurbished laptop, but immediately after taking it out of the box I knew I made a good decision. The laptop is really clean and in mint condition. It wouldn't surprise me if I were the first person to have turned on this laptop. The sturdy build quality of the laptop itself exceeded my expectations too. I'm really happy with this purchase!

This is a great value for your money. It has a really sleek and a small fit very portable. The battery life is not that great and the touchscreen works great. I should have paid more attention to the dimensions of computer because it is smaller than I thought it was gonna be. But is very easy to carry around very light, but I need it something just a little bit larger. It did not come with the window software I had to purchase that separate.

I needed second PC for Zwift (online bicycle riding/racing), and wanted something inexpensive. I already have an HP EliteBook 830 G5 (bought new in 2019), which I really like but it's 500 MB disk was getting full. I didn't really want to fuss with the disk without a backup. Plus I "needed" a PC for indoor Zwift bicycle riding/racing setup.Mostly in a straight path, I upgraded the disk in my G5 to 2 TB and the disk in the new G6 to 1 TB. So I now have my main PC with lots of room for several more years. Plus a backup PC I can restore relatively quickly in the exact same format. As use the backup as second PC in the house. Especially for Zwift.I drive a limo, so these PCs are great size when I need to put one in my day bag. The screen is a tad small for everyday use. But I use a an external port extender to I can use two external 20" screens (one portrait and once landscape). The three screens are dandy together.My G5 (which is physically identical to my reconditioned G6) has been great. Just works. I don't use the touch screen nearly enough. But sometimes I remember it is there, and it much easier to scroll with than a mouse.My reconditioned G6 is working great as the PC I use with Zwift indoor bicycling setup. I use the touchscreen more there, as I need it more with the Zwift user interface.

it was a nice computer. but windows file is corrupted, making it a poor investment. the corruption was discovered after the 90 day return expired.

Performance is great! Price was right!! I'll definitely look here again when it's time for a new laptop.

In normal working condition, battery life is 2.5-4 hours depending on how it is used.

Computer arrived a day early (charger included inside the box). good job with packing, everything works good so far, touchscreen, keyboard, screen quality is good, no scratches or any other defects. it has 90 day warranty. they have a piece of paper inside the box where is written all their info like phone number, email, working ours.overall they seem legit, im satisfied with my computer.
