These foot pads have just the right amount of adhesive to stay on all night but they peel off easily and in one piece the next morning. I have used them for several days now and they are turning black overnight and I am waking up more refreshed. I plan on using them for the full 50 days and hopefully they will be turning lighter in color each morning as the weeks pass and my body is detoxed. I will order more as needed to keep all the toxins out of my body. Others have complained about the adhesive being to strong, but I am having no problems with adhesive residue or with them tearing apart. These are great quality and they are a much better deal than many other brands. I highly recommend these and I will certainly be buying more when I run out. Great product!

I’m a night shift nurse and my sleep has always been a dilemma. I can never say i had a” good sleep “ because i never went to the point where i went into that” deep sleep “. I would wake up to the simple/ little noises i hear. I stumbled into this and I said I’ll give it a try. I was more than amazed to see the effects were immediate. I slept soundly and woke up energized. My son was surprised i did not come out of my room when the dog was barking so much. This is amazing stuff.. when i was visiting my brother he saw it and asked. He was curious and i told him I’ll get him some to try. Next morning he called after he used it. Same great results. He said it’s the first time he slept like a baby and that was so important for his health right now. Thank you for this product. Easy to use and good results!!

update, i cannot say that my opinion of these patches has changed, although i have bought some other brands that have the same issue, so i think that many of these manufacturers are starting to cut back on the amount of active ingredients in the patches, which is too bad. when you have something that works you should leave it alone. BUT, i added 2 stars because the seller was great about it. they were very concerned that i was not satisfied w/the product and made it right. that is also a rare thing these days. if i could, i would say 5 stars for the seller but the product needs some tweeking to get more than 2 stars from me.I started using foot patches a couple of months ago & in that time I have tried several different brands. Unfortunately, I will not be buying this brand again. They seem to all have the same ingredients in the patches, the problem w/these is that they use very little of these ingredients compared to other brands I have used. The difference is noticeable both in the way the patches look in the morning when I take them off & how they make me feel.I have a lot of water retention in my legs & bad osteoarthritis. I was stunned & delighted to see that the ingredients in these patches really helps relieve both the water retention & the pain from the OA, BUT, there are degrees & those seem to correlate w/how much 'stuff' is in the patches. These particular patches don't have enough of the active ingredients to give me the relief that other brands do.

These are very affordable and same effects as Dr. Goup foot detox but 1/4 or the price. Highly recommend. Just wash your feet in warm water and it easily removes the residue.

Summary: Do not buy this brand. Buy Dr. Entre's for economy or Bandoo for ease of use.Details:I've purchased 3 brands of detox foot patches: Bandoo, Dr. Entre's, and these. They all turn equally black and slightly goopy after I've sweat in them overnight. I have no idea what that actually accomplishes, so I can't compare them based on effectiveness. What I can compare is ease of use.These are by far the worst, and I won't use the ones I've already bought, let alone purchase them again. First, these come disassembled, meaning the adhesive sheets are separate from the actual patch. So to use them, you have to remove the liner on an adhesive sheet, then place the pad on the adhesive, then stick the whole thing to the bottom of your foot. Slightly annoying, but not bad. The biggest problem with these is the way-too-strong adhesive, which is MUCH stronger than the very thin sheet. Which means removing these is stupid hard. The sheet tears easily, and you have to pick away little bits at a time until you get most of the sheet off your foot. While you're doing that, the detox patch pulls apart, exposing the inner goop. Once you get most of the sheet off your foot, there's still a lot of adhesive left. 2 solid minutes of rubbing, both with my hand and with a damp washcloth, did not come close to removing all the adhesive. I had to get an alcohol swab to try to get the rest off, and even that didn't work well. I bought a 100-pack of these, and I used them for exactly one night, and I will never use them again.The Bandoo brand is the best in terms of ease of use. The pads are already affixed to the adhesive sheet, which saves a step. But what really matters is that the adhesive is exactly the right strength - strong enough to stay on all night, but very easy to remove without tearing the sheet or leaving residue. Sadly, the Bandoo brand is 10 times as expensive - you get 10 pads for the same price as 100 of these.The Dr. Entre's brand is an ok compromise. The pads are separate from the adhesive sheets, like this brand, but that's not much of an inconvenience. The adhesive is a little too strong - the sheet doesn't tear, but it still leaves some residue that I have to rub to get off. But they're >10 times cheaper than Bandoo, and even cheaper than this horrible brand.

Did notice improvements in my energy. But had alot of problems with them falling off during the night. And you do have to put the together.
