I liked it, to me it was exactly the same as the name brand. Worked the same, tasted very, very similar.But that's the problem in my house... My wife is really particular with medications and the Name Brand was the first cough medicine she could take without gagging.I bought this based on ingredients and reviews, but she disagrees.So I'm using this, she's splurging on the name brand.Final words, it works.
