What arrived was much smaller than pictured. It was hard to cut, even with my good knives. This product may appeal to some but I will not purchase it again. I was looking for a salami to slice and put in a sandwich.

Kinda disappointing, size for price
Taste wasn't spectacular. Good but not noteworthy. Wouldn't buy a second time. I have a great hot beef salami I've found at my local farmers market and for $12 and the size of that, I am super satisfied.

Not even worth the casing it was wrapped in.
Honestly if it didn't cost as much as it did I'd have thrown the whole thing out after the first bite. Definitely not what I expected from something claiming to be "wagyu" quality. Extremely chewy, and just not pleasant at all. I enjoy my hard salame, but this was just beyond something I'd ever put in front of a guest.

It’s like steak salami
This has become a must for my cheese boards at parties. The flavor is incredible and I always get a complimented for the quality of the salami.
