No. It'll "work" on anything from 8 to 25V, and the voltage output of your power supply will determine how much wattage/volume you get out of the amp, which generally will not exceed 50W/side "continuous," and 100W/side "peak." See the product description for a table showing estimated wattage levels by power supply; figure out best match for your speakers/set up; get ANY generic (e.g., laptop) power supply/transformer with a 5mm barrel plug, and you should be good to go. The most common laptop power supplies deliver 19V, which is right in the "sweet spot" recommended by the manufacturer.

It's been a while since I've received mine, but I don't recall seeing any kind of warranty card. If I'm not mistaken, the only contents that accompanied the unit was a booklet of instructions, in terms of paper. I'm going on 6 months with the unit now, and I am perfectly happy with its performance. I will say the unit is stationary, meaning that it doesn't get moved around. If you plan on doing that (moving it around frequently), I'd recommend buying a second unit just to have it on-hand.
