Copper Creek CK2030BC-2 Colonial Door Knob, Privacy Function, 2 Pack, in Black

DON"T ORDER!!!This is the 4th time we ordered and they screwed it up!!!! We wanted the colonial style-which is flat, they send the ball kind-that is round. A picture will say black and the add says brushed satin (chrome) coloured. Add says they will be Passage doorknobs (that don't lock) and they send us ones that lock!!!!!! soooooooo mad. Amazon even contacted them and told them the problems, they went off the air for a while, so we tried again and still NOT THE RIGHT ITEMS!!!

We bought about 13 of these for the house and I would say these are all around a great option for the money.The metal is thinner than a premium knob but still feels as solid as a metal knob should. I would go so far as to say as long as an adult isnt literally hanging off the knob it should be plenty strong.The internal mechanisms are made of metal. (Some of the knobs we replaced had failing plastic in their internsl mechanisms)The finish looks great. Nice and even with no paint blobs. Also looks great on our white doors.The replacement install was a super easy. Just needed a screwdriver.

I'm keeping the door knobs after installing the first one in under 10 minutes, the second and third door has holes that are too small, so I purchased a drill bit to enlarge the hole in the door.I'm hoping this will allow the ease the first one was in installation.

Looks really nice, used to replaced really old solid hardware but these are very light and flimsy mechanism inside. Will see if they hold up. Last ones were about 70 years old and doubtful these will last but a few years

I spent way too much time searching for door knobs, and trying to find discounts for some expensive kwikset ones. Ended up ordering these, such a great price and I ended up loving them!! My husband had no issues installing and they look beautiful. Perfect modern farmhouse look.
